As long as you have purchased our projector, you are eligible to participate, but our event inventory is limited and you may have to wait for a while

My projector was broken, can I replace it for free?
No, according to our return and exchange policy, you can only receive free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.If you wish to replace your projector with a new one, you can continue to participate in the trade in program. We will evaluate the condition of your device and provide a replacement plan, but this is not free.
